Hours: 8:30am-5pm with option for planned telework.
Compensation: $63,000-$75,000 per year

- Responsible for following through with referrals and completing assessments (initial, reassessments, comprehensive assessments, service authorizations, case assignments) for Intensive In-home Counseling, Mental Health Skill-building, Community Crisis Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response, Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient, and CSA funded services such as Virtual Residential and Parent Coaching
- Interviews and hires new staff; evaluates staff performance
- Responsible for the training and development of QMHPs, Clinical Specialists, and other staff
- Provides weekly administrative and clinical supervision
- Plans and facilitates weekly team meetings and group supervision
- Supports marketing efforts of company and is actively involved in program development
- Provides support and follow through on overall clinical service and operational compliance in collaboration with the team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
Masters Degree in field that qualifies for supervision for licensure as an LPC or LCSW. Candidate must be licensed or licensed eligible to provide clinical services by the State of Virginia, with experience providing mental health services to children, families, and adults. Candidates should have experience with staff supervision, program compliance, and program development, with the ability to grow within a leadership role.
